SkyInspection uses autonomous drones and AI to inspect critical infrastructure — bridges, power lines, wind turbines, refineries. We built the brand from zero, conducted market research, designed the landing page, developed the PoC application with 3D model viewer and AI damage detection, and produced a premium human-filmed video for investor and enterprise presentations.

Challenge
SkyInspection had the technology (AI damage detection, autonomous drone flights) and early enterprise traction (Orlen, Siemens, Energa) but looked like a university project. Enterprise procurement teams need to trust a vendor before even scheduling a demo. The pitch relied on technical papers, not visual proof. There was no application investors could see, no website that matched the calibre of the contracts they were chasing.
Approach
Phase 1: Market research — competitor landscape, pricing analysis, customer interviews with procurement officers at energy companies. Understood what makes enterprise buyers say yes. Phase 2: Brand identity — blue accent on dark backgrounds, technical aesthetic inspired by aviation instruments. Logo, typography, visual system. Phase 3: Landing page — hero with drone footage, partnership logos (Orlen, Siemens, Energa, PARP), feature cards, stats (60% cost reduction, 99.9% detection accuracy), embedded demo video, contact form. Phase 4: PoC application — full inspection management dashboard with 3D model viewer (bridge inspections with annotated defects), AI damage analysis (crack detection, severity classification, damage photos), inspection list with operator/drone/status tracking, critical alerts system. Phase 5: Premium video — human-filmed production for investor presentations and enterprise sales meetings.
Result
23 inbound demo requests in 3 months — more than the entire previous year. The PoC dashboard was used in a live presentation to Energa that directly contributed to a six-figure contract extension. Orlen procurement took the team seriously from the first call. The video became the standard opening for every investor meeting.

1. Market Research
Competitor landscape analysis, pricing benchmarks, interviews with enterprise procurement officers. Understood what makes energy companies choose an inspection vendor — trust, compliance, and visual proof of capability.
2. Brand Identity
Blue accent on dark backgrounds — technical, precise, aviation-inspired. Logo mark, typography system, visual language for presentations and marketing materials. Partnership badge system for enterprise logos.
3. Landing Page
Hero with drone footage and AI-powered headline. Enterprise partnership logos (Orlen, Siemens, Energa, PARP, AGH). Feature grid (damage detection, predictive maintenance, BIM integration, autonomous drones). Stats section, embedded demo video, compliance section for procurement.
4. PoC Application
Full inspection management platform. Dashboard with stats (objects, completed inspections, damages, drones, certifications, critical alerts). Inspection list with operator and drone tracking. 3D model viewer with annotated defects and severity classification. AI damage analysis with photos, cause identification, and contributing factors.
5. Premium Video
Human-filmed production — real crew, real locations. Produced for investor presentations and enterprise sales meetings. Became the standard opening for every pitch.
